Refund and Returns Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

Order cancellation and refunds.

Tangible Products:

You may cancel your order and will receive a full refund only if the order cancellation request is made within three (3) hours of the order submission and we have acknowledged this request. We suggest calling us (773-269-8604) to be certain the cancelation is within the allotted time frame and acknowledged. Beyond this time frame, the creation of the artwork will have already begun, and you will no longer be eligible for a full refund of your order.

During the approval stage, if you are unhappy with the artwork. We ask you for the opportunity to correct the issue(s) and produce an entirely new design at no additional cost.  If you are still not satisfied, then you may be entitled to a partial refund. If the refund is granted, you will receive the purchase amount minus $75.00, within 30 days of cancelation confirmation receipt. The refund amount will be credited to the method of the initial purchase only. The $75.00 is to cover the cost, time and effort that we have invested in. Once the artwork has been approved, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

Damaged or defective Items:

Should your item be damaged due to the delivery carrier, within (2) days of receiving the delivered item, please photograph the damaged area of the package along with the damaged merchandise. Contact us via email letting us know, include the photos. We will reach out to our production team and get the issue resolved.
